Successful Applicants

Successful applicants are provided with solid and stable weekly hours as well as opportunities for additional ad hoc work as it arises. As a dynamic and responsive organisation our team must be prepared to be on call, be responsive to call outs, and changing client's needs.

Training

Staff employed by Surefire Security Group include the opportunity to be trained and engaged across all aspects of our operations including patrols, cash in transit, ATM servicing, crowd control, static guards, health and disability support, escorts and many other unique security services that we provide.

Expectations

Our presentation is important and we expect applicants to be very well presented, posses good communication skills, have an enthusiasm and passion for the role and be prepared to work as part of a close-knit team. Extensive experience is not essential, just a willingness to learn and adapt to our professional service model. Much of this role will be unsupervised and will require a self-starter attitude.

As an innovator in the Security Industry Surefire Security group employs a number of technology solutions and mobile platforms to assist our team to perform their roles.  Team members require a good foundation of technical expertise to grasp the education in the use of our platforms.
